All of our inspections are conducted in accordance with the Australian Standards for Building and timber pest inspection which means you are entitled to a copy of our Pre-inspection agreement. Why not view a sample?
Our Insurer, Pacific International Insurance Limited, includes an Agent Indemnity Clause for referring agents, offering up to $100,000 FREE protection for Real Estates / Solicitors etc. This is conditional on Surety providing your client with a copy of our pre-inspection agreement prior to the inspection taking place, which must be signed by either the booking agent on behalf of the purchaser, or the purchaser themselves. It’s that simple to take advantage of this FREE $100,000 protection.
