We are members of the Master Builders Association (MBA) and the Housing Industry Association (HIA).

Our Insurer, Pacific International Insurance Limited, includes an Agent Indemnity Clause for referring agents, offering up to $100,000 FREE protection for Real Estates / Solicitors etc. This is conditional on Surety providing your client with a copy of our pre-inspection agreement prior to the inspection taking place, which must be signed by either the booking agent on behalf of the purchaser, or the purchaser themselves.
