2. Annual timber.

Visual Timber pest inspection

You need to know if the building you’re buying is free of wood destroying insects, such as borers, termites (white ants). You also need to know if timbers are damaged because of timber pests. In fact it can take as little as three months for a termite colony to severely damage almost all of the timber in a home.

Our detailed Visual Timber Pest Inspection Report will inform you if the property you’re interested in buying has current termite activity, damage caused by termites, or a history of termite activity. And we’ll let you know if the property is moderate or high risk.
