If you have building defects we can offer you a defect inspection which we can consult and advise on the necessary rectification work to a particular problem.
If you have had work done to the property and you're unhappy with the final work carried out we can do either a defect report or if you wish to take it further legally we can do a Expert Witness report.
Do you just want an on-site consultation and don’t necessarily need a report we can do that too.
You may wish to just a have a building and timber pest report to keep on top of the condition of your property – so you can put a maintenance program in place.
You may be worried about termites—annual timber pest inspections are critical to any property and are highly recommended. For a few hundred dollars a year we can’t stress the value and cost savings it could make you over the life of owning the property.

We’re the only firm of our type in our area of operation that has a building consultant accredited with the Master Builders Association who specialises in defect and expert witness reports.
