We’re the only firm of our type in our area of operation that has a building consultant accredited with the Master Builders Association who specialises in defect and expert witness reports. And we’ve successfully inspected thousands of properties, all to Australian Standards.
And how do we treat your property when on an inspection? Like it was our own—with respect and care. We not only put on overshoe booties when inspecting the inside of your home, but use gloves to move your manhole; we use a gutter guard to avoid scratching the gutters and finally we use drop sheets under our ladders when accessing the roof void.
