Pre-Listing Condition Report (ACT only)
When selling in the ACT, you are—as vendor—responsible by law for arranging for several property reports to be prepared, which you must attach to your contract before you list or advertise for sale.

It’s a perfect way to get ‘advanced warning’ of what you can do to get your property ready for sale and maximise the price. It gives you a chance to sort out issues before you get to the next stage and arrange for more formal building, timber pest, compliance and energy inspections to be attached to your contract—where they are available for all potential buyers to view.
