Surety conducts comprehensive safety assessment inspections and provides detailed, independent reports on our findings.
Our safety reports include:
- the results of our inspection of all common areas
- a list and description of existing or potential safety hazards
- photographs of all hazards identified
- recommendations on repairs or modifications needed
- a priority level for all hazards identified.
