ACT Sellers Package - Reinspection (ACT only)
At times you may need to have your property re-inspected and a new report provided.
Reasons include that you:
- may not have put the property on the market within three months of the original report dates
- have put the property on the market and then removed it from the market
- have had the property on the market for longer than six months and the buyer’s solicitor insists you provide updated reports before exchanging.
The circumstances for re-inspection dictate the type of re-inspection service you need—this is determined by ACT law.
Surety has extensive experience in all types of re-inspections. Give us a call to discuss your exact requirements and your options.
