1. may not have put the property on the market within three months of the original report dates
2. have put the property on the market and then removed it from the market
3. have had the property on the market for longer than six months and the buyer’s solicitor insists you provide updated reports before exchanging.

The circumstances for re-inspection dictate the type of re-inspection service you need—this is determined by ACT law.
