We spend the time on site that is required and we don't take short cuts.

You can be assured we will provide a honest and accurateassessment.

Integrity is crucial since our property reports are relied on for their accuracy and level of detail. It’s why we write them so they are easy-to-understand and include photos so you can visualise our assessment.

Two-way communication is also key—we keep you up-to-date on the progress of your order.

Our turnaround time on reports is speedy, but without compromising on quality. Most reports are ready the next business day, although some (due to their complexity) take a bit longer.

We take client service seriously, always showing up on time for appointments or calling ahead if something has prevented us from doing so. And we always return client phone calls and emails promptly.

We treat your property when on an inspection? Like it was our own—with respect and care. We not only put on overshoe booties when inspecting the inside of your home, but use gloves to move your manhole; we use a gutter guard to avoid scratching the gutters and finally we use drop sheets under our ladders when accessing the roof void.
