When I contacted a number of Building and Pest inspection companies for quotes, I was given a price for both. When I contacted Surety I was given a clear understanding of what I would receive during the inspection and after. Therefore I had a good understanding of what was going to take place.
I gave Surety the go ahead and from there everything was carried out in a very timely manner. The reports were very informative and spelled out all details of what would needed to be repaired and fixed. Bruce carried out the Inspections and gave a very detailed verbal report.
