Our credentials

Surety is one of the most experienced firms on the South Coast and ACT region, with over 11,000 inspections over more than 15 years.

Our inspections are carried out in accordance with the Australian Standards for Building & Pest Inspections AS4349.1-2007. A copy of our standard pre-inspection is available upon request.

We are

  • Members of the Masters Builders Association (MBA)
  • Have an MBA Accredited Building Consultant on staff
  • Members of Housing Industry Association (HIA)
  • Fully insured

And can offer up to $100,000 Agent Indemnity at no charge to you for you as part of our terms.

Our inspectors

Our inspectors are trained in accordance with Australian Standards and carry Building & Construction Certificate IV qualifications. They are professional, good communicators, turn up on time and provide unlimited access to the client for follow-up questions.
