How it works:

Only the customer named on the report can place the refund request
One claim per property address
Complete our request for Refund Form along with feedback on ways we could have improved your client experience
Provide a copy of your tax invoice or receipt
You will receive a call from our office to confirm your details and your concerns.
How we apply the refund:
Once we have received your refund request and assessed your request you will be notified via phone or email within 24 business hours
You will be asked to sign our Settlements Claims Letter.
Your refund will be applied to your bank account as supplied on the refund form within 7 business days
Once the refund has been transferred to your account you will receive an email from our accounts department confirming the payment.
