My wife and I were very happy with the report your team has done up.  The inspection report provided to us by the seller was incredibly general, didn’t investigate a lot of the areas within the house properly, and skipped over faults that your inspector picked up on.  The phone call on the Thursday afternoon for a verbal run-down and the written report delivered to me on the Friday morning was excellent.  Because of that we could instruct our solicitor to go ahead with the exchange.  The team was always very helpful in accommodating my requests over the phone and making sure everything was delivered to me as quickly as possible.
