We have a service where you can send us a 1-3 photos, and we will coordinate a convenient phone hook up for yourself and our building specialist. The things we can help you with are:

• A moisture stain on the ceiling or wall
• A crack has appeared either inside or outside
• The outside timber stairs are looking deteriorated do they need fixing
• You put the vacuum cleaner cleaning head through the wall skirting in the house

The fee for this service is $55 for our initial pre-analysis of the photos and the first 15-minutes on the phone. Any additional time on the phone is charged in 15-minute increments at $35. We generally find 15 minutes is sufficient time to discuss one issue along with 1-3 photos.

If we cannot give you a satisfactory answer to your problem, there will be no charge.
