Thermal Imaging Camera

A Thermal Imager can detect the differences in temperature and can be beneficial in detecting a possible location of termites. It is important to note that this device purely detects differences in temperature and the operator then has to endeavor to determine the cause of the variance, which can be for a multitude of reasons. The term camera is a little ambiguous as this device will not take a photo of the inside of a wall it only takes a photo of the surface just like any camera, but it will provide you with an image depicting temperature variances of that surface. Therefore to determine the reason for the temperature variation the removal of wall or ceiling linings may be required to determine the exact problem and extent of damage.
